Service AlertsEast Falls Church, Virginia Square and Clarendon Metro Stations Closing on March 26: Starting Thursday, March 26, Metro will be closing the East Falls Church, Virginia Square and Clarendon Metro stations. This will impact riders of ART 41, 42, 55 and 77. Buses will stop at/near these stations, but riders will not be able to enter the stations to access Metrorail. Learn more at wmata.com. Weekend Adventures with ART -- Dec. 14-15

Looking for some fun activities this weekend? Let the ART bus be your ride! ART  414245515577 and 87 all provide weekend service. Here are some weekend events taking place and the ART routes that can get you there:

Holiday Market – Dec. 14 at Ballston Quarter

Level  M2 of the mall will be transformed into a holiday market where you can browse and buy gifts.

Wreaths Across America – Dec. 14 at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City

Several radio stations along with Connecting Vets will meet up at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City at 9 am before heading over to Arlington National Cemetery to participate in Wreaths Across America. Wreaths Across America is a nation-wide effort to ensure that every headstone at Arlington National Cemetery will receive a wreath.

Movietime: The Grinch – Dec. 14 at Columbia Pike Branch Library

Bring your family and friends to watch The Grinch movie! Showing is from 12 pm – 2pm and for all ages.

December Holiday Exhibits – Dec. 14 & 15 at Clarendon Gallery

In the Overlook Gallery, the work of artist Rebecca McNeely will be on display. This series of abstract paintings is based on McNeely’s emotional response to memories of the beautiful places she has visited. In the Main Gallery, paintings, sculpture, jewelry and metalwork, glass, wood and ceramics, mixed media and photography will be on display.
