Due to the Cherry Blossom 5K, S. Joyce St & Army Navy Dr will be closed from 7:30 Am to 10:30 Am, Sat. Apr 11, 2026. No Service will be provided on ART 87 along S. Adams St or Army Navy Dr. ART 42 will use the Washington Blvd./Rt. 27 /395 N ramp to S. Hayes St to Pentagon City.
