Upcoming Service Changes for ART Bus 45 and 52

On Sunday, October 5, 2025, ART will be making minor adjustments to ART Routes 45 and 52. On street information and online schedules have been rolled out to prepare for the effective date of service change. Please get familiar with the new timetables and schedules listed for each route below.

Route 45: Minor timing adjustments to coordinate departure times with Metrobus F62 to provide regular headways on Saturday and Sunday. Currently, ART 45 and Metrobus F62 buses travel the corridor with only 2-3 minutes between the buses.  By spacing the departure times, this will provide better service in the corridor between Rosslyn Metro and N Pershing Street.

Route 52: Making minor adjustment to eliminate excess wait time along routes and aligning arrival/departure times with the ART 51 at Ballston – MU Metro.
