New Phone Number for STAR Customer Call Center Effective June 1

May 21, 2020

A new phone number for the STAR Customer Call Center will start being used on Monday, June 1.

The new phone number will be 703-228-1900.

On June 1, STAR customers should start using the new phone number to contact the STAR Business and Scheduling Office. The old phone number will not work after May 31.

Arlington residents who are certified under the STAR program must call the STAR Call Center at 703-228-1900 to:

  • Reserve a ride
  • Change a requested trip time
  • Cancel a ride
  • Receive general information about STAR and other transportation services
