Service Alerts2025 Columbia Pike Blues Festival -ART 77 Detour: The Columbia Pike Blues Festival will take place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, in Arlington, Virginia, featuring live music, local vendors, and family-friendly activities. Due to street closures on S Walter Reed Drive @ Columbia Pike and also 9th St. S, ART 77 will detour. Customers traveling northbound towards Court House Metro Station can access service at S. Walter Reed Drive/6th St S. Southbound, service will be available on S. Walter Reed Dr. at Columbia Pike in the direction of Shirlington Transit Center. View all ART Alerts

Holiday Service on October 14 for Columbus Day

ART will operate holiday service on Monday, October 14, in observance of Columbus Day.

ART 41, 42, 45, 51, 55, 77 and 87 will operate Saturday schedules. All other ART routes will not operate. The ART Call Center will not be open. See below for the Saturday schedules.

The STAR Call Center will be closed on Monday, October 14, and all trips except for dialysis will be cancelled. Please call before the holiday to request a trip for October 14 or the day after.
