Service AlertsART and STAR Holiday Schedule for the Christmas Holiday: On Thursday, December 25, 2025, in observance of the Christmas holiday, ART 41, 42, 45, 51, 55 and 87 will operate on Sunday schedules. All other ART routes will not operate. The ART Customer Call Center will also be closed. The STAR Call Center will be open on Wednesday, December 24 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. but will be closed on Christmas, December 25, 2025. All standing orders, except for dialysis, will be cancelled. Please call on or before December 24 to request a trip for December 25 and/or the day after. Bus Stop Relocations on Columbia Pike

July 12, 2022

As part of the Columbia Pike Transit Stations Project Phase 2, four bus stops will be relocated on Columbia Pike starting on Sunday, July 24, 2022. Relocated bus stops include:

Columbia Pike Westbound

1. Columbia Pike Westbound & S Dinwiddie Street

  • New temporary stop approximately 150 ft. west
  • Affected routes: ART 41, 45, 75; Metrobus 16A, C, E, G, H

2. Columbia Pike & S Greenbrier Street

  • New temporary stop approximately 100 ft. west
  • Affected routes: ART 45; Metrobus 16 A, C, E, H

Columbia Pike Eastbound

3. Columbia Pike Eastbound & S Columbus Street

  • New temporary stop approximately 150 ft. west
  • Affected routes: Metrobus 16A, C, E, H

4. Columbia Pike Eastbound & S Greenbrier St.

  • New temporary stop approximately 125 ft. west
  • Affected routes: Metrobus 16A, C, E, H
