Service AlertsART and STAR Holiday Schedule for Thanksgiving and the Day After: On Thursday November 27, 2025, ART 41, 42, 45, 51, 55, and 87 will operate on Sunday schedules and on Saturday Schedules Friday November 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. All other ART routes will not operate. The STAR Call Center will also be closed on Thursday, November 27, and all standing orders, except for dialysis, will be canceled. ART 43 -- Your Blue Line Alternative During Station Closures Oct. 14 & 15

The Crystal City and National Airport Metro stations will be closed this weekend while Metro performs maintenance work on the Blue and Yellow lines. Closures will start at 7:00 am on Saturday, October 14, and last until closing on Sunday, October 15.

Need a Blue line alternative? ART 43 is a convenient way for getting between Crystal City and the Rosslyn-Courthouse area. The route serves only 4 stops at the Court House Metro, Rosslyn Metro, Crystal City Metro and the Crystal City VRE, making your ride short and fast.

ART 43 MApSaturday service: 7:00 am – 11:56 pm

Sunday service: 7:00 am – 9:56 pm

Mon - Thurs service: 6:01 am - 10:56 pm

Friday service: 6:01 am - 11:56 pm

Metro will provide free shuttle buses between Pentagon City, Crystal City, National Airport and Braddock Road Metro stations. Please allow 15 minutes of travel time for each station stop.
