Detour - ART 42 and ART 87

Due to the Cherry Blossom 5K which will start and finish at Virginia Highlands Park. No Service will be provided on ART 87 along S. Adams St or Army Navy Dr. ART 42 will use the Washington Blvd./Rt. 27 /395 N ramp to S. Hayes St to access Pentagon City. The following roads will be closed:

From approximately 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
S. Joyce Street, from 15th Street to 16th Street

From approximately 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
S. Joyce Street, from 15th Street S. to 1101 S. Joyce Street

From approximately 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Army Navy Drive, from 26th Street S. to S. Joyce Street
S. Joyce Street, from 1101 S. Joyce Street to Army Navy Drive
