ART Service Performance Dashboard

Arlington Transit’s Service Performance Dashboard captures, visualizes, and shares Arlington Transit’s service performance metrics. It is an interactive tool to understand the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of Arlington Transit service. Explore the tabs below to learn more!

Updated monthly, the nine metrics include: ART Systemwide Ridership, ART Ridership M-F, Sat., and Sun., Route-level Ridership, Service Efficiency, On-time Performance, Miles Between Road Calls and STAR Ridership, Completed Trips, and On-Time Performance. Explore trends over time by using the drop down menu to select, months, day, years and routes of interest. Performance is tracked for budget purposes by the fiscal year (July-June), here data is displayed by calendar year.
