Service AlertsART and STAR Holiday Schedule for the Christmas Holiday: On Thursday, December 25, 2025, in observance of the Christmas holiday, ART 41, 42, 45, 51, 55 and 87 will operate on Sunday schedules. All other ART routes will not operate. The ART Customer Call Center will also be closed. The STAR Call Center will be open on Wednesday, December 24 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. but will be closed on Christmas, December 25, 2025. All standing orders, except for dialysis, will be cancelled. Please call on or before December 24 to request a trip for December 25 and/or the day after. Commuter Stores, call centers closed June 18

The Commuter Store Arlington locations, Mobile Commuter Store Arlington locations, CommuterDirect.com Customer Service Call Center, ART - Arlington Transit Call Center, and STAR Call Center will be closed Friday,, June 18 in recognition of the Juneteenth holiday (June 19). Commuter Store locations outside of Arlington will be open. CommuterDirect.com orders placed after 2 p.m. Thursday, June 17 will be processed and mailed on Monday, June 21. ART will operate regular weekday service.
