Arlington Strategic Plan Document 2025-2034

ART’s long-term planning document is designed to guide the agency’s decision-making over a ten-year period. It was developed by combining ART’s vision, mission and values with a review of peer agencies and industry best practices.

The eight goals outlined in the document can be divided into three broader themes:

Safety, Quality and Performance
Equity and Sustainability
Communication and Collaboration
