ART 84 – Douglas Park-Nauck-Pentagon City

ART 84 connects Douglas Park and Nauck neighborhoods with Pentagon City every 30 minutes during rush hours. ART 84 will also serve the Dolley Madison and Alexan apartments from the stop at 24th Street S. and S. Glebe Road.

ART 84 Route and Schedule Changes Effective October 1, 2012

Effective October 1, 2012, the ART 84 route will be changed to better serve the Douglas Park and Nauck communities. The new route will still travel down 16th St. South in Douglas Park to S. Quincy St. but will turn on to 19th St. instead of 18th St. The bus will then turn right on to S. Walter Reed Dr. Nauck will be served via S. Oakland St. to 22nd St. S. before turning onto Kenmore and continuing on 24th Rd. S.

A second bus will be added to ART 84 so that service in the mornings and evenings will run every 20 minutes. ART will add a morning eastbound trip leaving Monroe St. & 6th St. S at 9:11 am. View the new schedule and map below.
