ART RealTime Arrivals

A version of this tool for mobile phones is available at commuterpage.com/mobile/RealTime.cfm.

ART buses are equipped with GPS transponders and are tracked using the Connexionz Real Time Tracking system. The system predicts when buses will arrive at each ART bus stop. Get realtime arrival information for a stop near you using the tools on this page. Arrival information is available for any ART bus stop by entering the stop number. ART is working to get stop numbers posted at every stop, and you can find your stop number on the Connexionz interactive map (more information below). If you don't have a stop number, use the pull-down menus below to choose from a list of ART stops. The menus list "timepoints" -- the stops listed in the schedules for each ART route.

In addition to the ART RealTime arrival tool below, these tools also include real-time information:

  • Get ART RealTime arrival information using your phone with CommuterPage.com Mobile Services.
  • ART RealTime predictions for timepoints are available on the ART system map by clicking the ART icons.
  • Connexionz offers an  interactive map of ART bus stops. Click any stop to get the estimated arrival time for the next two buses.  Microsoft Silverlight is required.
  • The Connexionz BusFinder is a box installed at about 50 ART stops. ART customers at these stops can press a button on the BusFinder to get real-time arrival predictions.
  • If you know your stop number and have web access, you can use this very simple tool, provided by Connexionz, to get RealTime information for that stop. After typing in your stop number and clicking "OK" you can bookmark the tool to get arrival information for that stop any time.

Please enable bookmarking a specific stop on your real-time arrivals page for one-click checking.

@Kelsey, after you choose a stop and click "Get My ART RealTime Bus Information," RealTime results will appear. Under the results will be a field with a "Permalink" URL to get results for that stop. You can paste that URL into a browser address bar and bookmark it the way you would any web page, saving the bookmark where you want and calling it what you want.

There is also an "Add a Bookmark" link above that field, but that link isn't working for me. I'll check into why that's not working.

How accurrate is your real time tool? I take the 87 route and on a couple of occasions over the past couple of weeks i have come out to the bus stop with 10 minutes to spare and have missed the bus by the skun if my teeth. This usually happens around the 822 am time frame for stop 87226.

The current time returned along with the ETA on the real-time arrivals is several (~10) minutes slow. As a result, when it is really 6:30 but your clock says it's 6:20 and the ETA is 10 min, I can't tell whether the bus is due at 6:40, or I've just missed it. Please reset your clock!

Hello Dara,

Thank you for contacting ART. We did change the page when making improvements to our mobile site, and we are working to fix the problem. Thank you for calling this issue to our attention. You can access RealTime directly using your iPhone at http://www.commuterpage.com/mobile/realtime.cfm.

Why have you changed the mobile application? I can no longer look up arrivals without knowing the stop number. It worked well before. Please change it back.

Did the realtime web page change? This mobile version that comes up on my iPhone doesn't show the user interface for to input my bus stop info and now I can't lookup realtime info on my iPhone web browser!
