ART Service Changes
ART 42 Schedule Changes, Effective April 16, 2012
Additional times will be added to the ART 42 weekday schedule so that buses will run more frequently during the morning and evening rush hours. The Saturday schedules will remain the same. In Clarendon, the route will no longer travel down N. Highland St. Instead, the route will use N. Garfield St. The stop on N. Highland St. at 11th St. N. will no longer be in service.
ART 52 Schedule Changes, Effective April 16, 2012
Times for the ART 52 schedule will be slightly adjusted to ensure that buses run more efficiently. The updated schedule will still coincide with the bell schedule at Yorktown High School so that students can easily use the bus to get to and from school.
ART 75 Schedule Changes, Effective April 16, 2012
Mid-day and additional evening service will be added to the ART 75 weekday schedule. Buses will run throughout weekdays until after 10:00 pm. The schedule will also better coincide with the bell schedule at Wakefield High School.
ART 77 Schedule Changes, Effective April 16, 2012
Saturday service will be added to the ART 77 schedule starting at 7:00 am and going until 11:54 pm, making it more convenient for residents to visit Shirlington on the weekends. Small tweaks will be made to the weekday schedule to ensure buses run more efficiently. In Clarendon, the route will no longer travel down N. Highland St. Instead, the route will use N. Garfield St. The stop on N. Highland St. at 11th St. N. will no longer be in service.
ART 41 CHANGES DUE TO CONSTRUCTION
EFFECTIVE MONDAY OCTOBER 24, 2011
Due to construction at Arlington Mill, ART 41 buses will no longer take a rest break at Dinwiddie Pike Plaza at Columbia Pike and S. Dinwiddie Street. ART buses will continue to stop at this location but will instead layover at westbound Columbia Pike before S. Greenbrier Street. Due to the construction, ART 41 buses may be slightly off schedule. These changes will also affect Metrobus 16G. Construction will continue for approximately one year (Fall 2012). We appreciate your patience.
CAMBIOS EN LA LÍNEA ART 41 POR CONSTRUCCIÓN
A PARTIR DEL LUNES 24 DE OCTUBRE DE 2011
Debido a la construcción que se está llevando a cabo en Arlington Mill, los autobuses ART 41 ya no se tomarán un descanso en Dinwiddie Pike Plaza de Columbia Pike y S. Dinwiddie Street. Los autobuses ART continuarán deteniéndose en esa ubicación pero a cambio harán una parada corta en Columbia Pike hacia el Oeste antes de S. Greenbrier Street. Debido a la construcción, los autobuses ART 41 pueden encontrarse ligeramente fuera de horario. Estos cambios también afectarán a la línea de Metrobus 16G.
