Wow. You did a great job of finding a new, more useful route. I went to the meeting early this year at Glebe Elementary and am glad to see you listened to all the comments: dropping Utah and adding Glebe Road would have made this route totally unuseful to me and others. I would have been back to the Metrobus 3 line. You added all these useful stops in Clarendon and basically kept to the same schedule. Kudos, really. I may or may not go to the meeting but this looks like a great solution!

I like the change to have the 62 bus route go to Clarendon. I would, however, like for the schedule to include times for the stop at Clarendon. For commuters on the Orange Line, those times are critical.

I hate the proposed route changes for the ART 62 bus. As an Arlington resident who lives along Lee Highway, I liked having the option of taking the 62 from the Courthouse Metro station. If these changes are made, the only ART bus that connects Courthouse to the Lee Highway area will be the 61A and 61B; however, the furthest west that the 61 bus gets is Veitch Street. I understand that the Wilson/Clarendon corridor is quite popular, but there are already several ART buses that run east along Wilson Boulevard and west along Clarendon Boulevard (i.e., 41, 42, 45). Therefore, I fail to understand the logic behind rerouting the 62 so that it joins 3 other bus lines that travel the same area, leaving an area of the county that is not served by any ART buses. Not to mention, there is no way that the ride through Clarendon and down Kirkwood will take the same amount of time as Veitch and Lee Highway, so there will surely have to be changes made to the time schedule.

Thank you for keeping the route along Utah. The change to Quincy makes sense as Stafford can bottleneck and cause delays. Going directly to Clarendon is also a good decision. All and all the new route is very much an improvement.
