Let ART 41 Be Your Weekend Ride!
Welcome back to our ART bus weekend series! The next route to be highlighted is ART 41, a Pike Ride route. ART 41 connects the western portion of Columbia Pike with the Ballston, Clarendon and Courthouse neighborhoods. On weekends, service runs every 20 minutes in the morning and evenings, and every 15 minutes during the day. On Saturday service runs until 2 AM and until 10 PM on Sundays. Giving you plenty of time to go out and explore on the weekends.
Here are some of the places you can visit and things you can do when you ride ART 41 on the weekend:
Along Columbia Pike there are many restaurants and shops to explore as well as a movie theater. On Sundays, visit the farmers market located at Columbia Pike and S. Walter Reed Dr. Learn more about Columbia Pike.
ART 41 stops at the Ballston Common Mall. Nearby is the Ballston Metro station where you can connect to the Orange and Silver Metrorail lines. While in Ballston, enjoy the many restaurants that are in the area, visit Arlington’s Central Library or check out a nearby park. You can also go to Ballston Common Mall’s shops, movie theater and ice skating rink. Learn more about Ballston.
Courthouse offers a variety of restaurants and a movie theater. Make sure to stop by Courthouse Plaza on Saturday morning to visit the farmers' market and antique market. At the Court House Metro station you can connect to the Orange and Silver Metrorail lines. Learn more about Courthouse.
