September 23, 2010

On Monday, September 27, ART 75 expanded to include stops at the Shirlington Transit Center and the Virginia Square Metro station. In addition, changes were made to the ART 75 bus stop at the Ballston Metro station.

Route Expansion

The ART 75 bus route expanded to include Virginia Square-GMU Metro station, FDIC and the GMU-Virginia Square campus to the north, and Four Mile Run Drive and Shirlington to the south. Rush hour service will run from 5:30 a.m. until 9:20 a.m. and again from 2:50 p.m. until 7:55 p.m. Monday through Friday, with stops along the way in the Claremont, Columbia Forest, Columbia Heights West, Glencarlyn, and Bluemont neighborhoods, as well as the Ballston Metro.

See the ART 75 page for complete information. To be informed of service changes and disruptions, sign up for ART Alerts.
